Try your Kinetic Universe Stringer at home, outdoors, with friends, during the holidays—wherever the fun happens. If you’re not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a return or replacement, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be in good, working condition, with no intentional damage or misuse.
- All included components should be returned where possible:
- KU-Stringer handle
- Glow rope
- USB charging cable
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Situations
- Obvious physical abuse, intentional damage, or modification.
- Severe cosmetic damage not related to normal use.
- Items returned without any identifying order information.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@kineticuniversetoys.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and (where applicable) a return address.
- Carefully pack your items to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
- Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges & Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
BOGO & Promotional Orders
- For Buy One Get One Free offers, all promotional items may need to be returned to receive a full refund, unless otherwise specified by our team.
- Partial refunds for BOGO orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
